First: My name is Roger, I am currently the sole operator of Taze Kruu. I have over 30 years experience in collecting Cards. I use to have a brick and mortar many years ago. Why am I telling you this? In 2024 I'm 47 years old. I'm trying to build a Brand not just another website. I'm truly invested in my reputation and longevity because I'm investing so much time in this. I enjoy the TCG world and want others to have a fluid/refreshing experience dealing with me. Let me say thank you for being here and look forward to doing shows in the future to meet some of you. I will be releasing content on You tube and Instagram regularly to help others get to know me and address some questions you might have about what we do here. In early 2024 I hurt my back and I'm having to turn into a new chapter of my life. This website is going to be that turn. You will find content being updated on this site regularly. I actually want to turn Taze Kruu into a Pokémon Society. I've got some super cool ideas on how to do this but first things first. I need to get this website functional and working for me.         If your here you probably have a million questions and that's why this page exists. First Id like to say that we don't buy just any cards. Currently we are only focusing on buying Modern cards. WHY? Well there are a few reasons #1 we are a new company with a limited amount of capital to invest into the resale of single cards. That being said if you want to sell your Base Set PSA Gem Mint 10 Charizard, we can't currently help you with that. Hopefully in the Future we will.

   Lets get started, we buy Raw cards, Raw means NOT graded, for cash right now at 65% of there current value on E-Bay. Why 65%? Well #1 it takes a very long time to price & list cards. #2 Many people send us cards that are MINT in there eyes but are actually light - moderate play or destroyed cards in a shoe box that they think are worth millions of dollars when in reality they should of gave them to there neighbors kids.

   Graded cards are bought for 70% but for graded cards I need you to send me an e-mail with a list of the cards you want to sell. TazeKruu@gmail.com For instance Grading is very popular now and some people have thousands of graded cards. Some of them will never sell or sit in our inventory for years before they sell. Sometimes that's fine if its a super cool card,  but graded cards take up ALOT of room. That said we cant buy all graded cards even if they are modern. Thank you!

 

More info:    Singles Bulk commons/uncommons 0.01-0.05 cents.

This is generally what we pay for a huge box of cards you don't want. We go through these boxes and make piles. We count them up and cut you a check. We don't make a list of the cards or anything like that. Its Bulk commons and it takes more time than the cards are worth. Honestly we usually use these cards for charity giveaways, Kids in need, and making kids smile. Sometimes these boxes consist of a few popular Pokémon and hundreds or thousands of cards that will never be worth much. But giving these cards out to the community makes me smile so I will buy them.

More info:  Lets say you have 200 Cards you want to sell that are all Modern, They are all near mint, and all worth between 1-10 dollars. Our process is as follows. We insect the cards. Based on the grade of the raw cards we look them up on E-bay/TCG player. We assign a price and continue this process until we have gone thru all your cards. We write you a check for 65% of there value and send it to you. This process takes between 7-30 days usually because there is always a Queue. We will never sell your cards until you are paid. If you have Thousands of Modern cards worth over 5 dollars each you want to sell please send me an email at TazeKruu@gmail.com before sending because I may have a Large queue and sending me thousands more cards will not be fair to you because it could take me months to go through them.

What we recommend, Its hard to trust anyone in the current Trading card market. There are more buyers and sellers now than ever before. To gain trust between us buy a couple of our products.
